Change your Perspective; Change your World!

There are some seasons in life, is your phase of experimentation, you get to phase in life you are now experimenting, you know what will work, you know what will not work, you get to another phase in life there is an instinct of the spirit, you just know it, even when the spirit is telling you to do some things that look ridiculous you follow; so you look at your phase in life and as a public sector leader those are two major things you need to consider; so you now check which part of society, you will see how your answers varied based on where you are per time; the philosophy of life therefore will be subject to change, because your sector in the society will change, your phase will change; your perspective to money will help you to go and re-process your conversations. 

So you look at Daniel, what happens to Daniel? Daniel was in a sector of the society- leadership, so why didn’t he get married? Why didn’t he have children? Assuming you have a church you now want to consider them and your multitude of counselors so now you are not thinking of yourself anymore, now you are thinking kingdom, you are thinking about other people, but for you to function you have to ensure that the sector of society you belong to is a sector that engineers you to be a blessing to them. The way we can improve your life, the way we can improve our service, the way we can do better things, how? Let’s gather together; that is influenced by the sector of society and the phase you are in, if you are in a phase where you are lonely, you are looking for expectations that have not been met. Let God answer my own prayer first, when God answers my own prayer then I’ll have “mouth” then I have courage, I have confidence to talk to other people, so that is the challenge. 

So many people that you see who are supposed to step up into some platforms and are not stepping up those are part of their thinking. if you want to convince them, then they will tell you why many things need to change in their own lives, so they need something to help their perspective so that they will look at themselves that even in their inadequacy they can still be a blessing.  So the whole thing now is a factor of grace, it is not what you know, it is not who you are, it is grace. So the conclusion for you is to ask yourself “Am I thinking self or am I thinking self plus?” Jesus said that there are two great commandments, one is to love God and the second is to love your neighbor as yourself, that means number one doesn’t exist anymore, what exist is kingdom, so if you are thinking of other people then you will be willing to lead to the benefit of others not just for yourself, and then check every time you look at the sector you are in don’t say what do I know? Stop thinking self, this thing is moving you to leadership level, when you stop thinking self then you know that you are doing this for the purpose of kingdom and that goes beyond yourself, and then you assure yourself it is time to change, why? 

If I said come and lead prayer you might say “I don’t know how to pray” then you say because of others there are people who will come and see me lead prayer and think they too can step up, you just suddenly ignite the light inside them, they are waiting for one person who will just obey, one person who knows what they are doing, for the sake of the kingdom; then it becomes easy so church becomes fellowship. Say, I am a leader- a minister of God, I have a role and I will play it, help me Lord in Jesus name Amen.
