SEED POWER

The Visionary life is a life of success.  It has direction, it is not confused. Seed power (Money) is what aids Vision to succeed. Everything goes in the direction of Money.  King Solomon says “Money answereth all things”.
In Leadership, we will administer large amount of wealth, knowing how to administer it will determine how:
People see (judge) you
God blesses your leadership platform
Authority is conferred on you (external) but Power is generated (Internal). In any Leadership positions, we want to structure how to manage the seed (funds/money) in our hands.  When people overlook seed power, we have difficulties.
We have to know how to provoke (administer, invest) our SEEDS to yield fruits/Results.  Knowledge is the tool to become justified.  Daniel had not only an excellent spirit but he also had knowledge.  Daniel 5:7.

We should not misapply our money.  We must not put our money in the wrong place.
We must put structures in place to understand what our money does.

This is just a Sample Plan/Structure  (You may plan yours to suit your environment).

10% Tithe to other Nations, State, Institutions, God.
20% for elders, cabals, kings, traditional rulers or stake holders
10% Miscellaneous
35% for recurrent expenditure
25% for capital projects - a ¼ of our projects should be new things.
Everyone is given a seed (talent, money etc).  Not knowing how to use the seed is a problem Isaiah 5:13, If we know how to use our SEED power, we will be able to creat an enabling environment to work.
SEED POWER is a Major thing in Leadership.  In Leadership, volumes of money are nothing. The blessings we need come from sowing these seeds.  (Investment).Salary (SEED) cannot achieve as much as our Harvest (blessing) can.Sow and Sow again.
In administering your seed, you give priority to the Source of your blessing i.e. GOD. Also in administering your Seed/Money you watch the environment in which you operate in/from.  Where you sow is very KEY. Our blessings (success, harvest) are commiserate to our SEEDS (Investment).

Note:
You have to deny yourself some Services inorder to have seeds to sow, The Bible talks about 10 different Offerings/SEED apart from tithing.  These include:
Burnt Offerings: Your life Exodus 20:24 (Give with precision.  we belong to God)
Peace Offerings: Your duty Heb 12:14  (Find a way of peace in work)
Sin Offering: Jesus Exodus 29:14 (Jesus purifies us – clean conscience in business)
Heave Offering: Your Duty Matt 5:12-16 (Lifted up-do not discriminate as a Leader)
Wave Offering: Your Duty Mal 3:12 (Global Investment)
Trespass Offering : Jesus Lev5:6
Meat Offering: Jesus Exodus 29:29-41 (Give God Refreshment)
Drink Offering: Jesus Exodus 29 :40 (Give God continuously so he can direct us)
Ransom Offering: Jesus Exodus 30: 11-15 (offer usefulness and fruitfulness to God)
Free will Offering: Till Now Lev22:19 (From a willing heart)

How Money affects Leadership

Revelation 5:10 “He has made us unto God kings…” many Christians want to create the impression and are always diverting the attention of people from prosperity and power believing it is not Godly and hereby making people believe that the key for making heaven is poverty, forgetting the fact that we are made unto God as kings because God himself that created us in his image is full of riches and prosperity in abundance. Christians are supposed to be in the public sector first, we are supposed to be in leadership and in rulership first before we start thinking of praying for people. Praying for people is secondary, people you have not guided; it will be difficult to pray for them. DISCERNMENT IN LEADERSHIP (Part 1) A Sermon excerpt by Dr Martins Atanda God was speaking to a company of angels, a company of spiritual men, a company of people made perfect, spirits that are made perfect. In Hebrews Chapter 12 the Bible says when we come to the mountain of God we have not come unto the Mountain of Sinai that is fearful to touch: you cannot approach.
