Discernment in Leadership (Part 2)
It is important for you to know and follow what heaven is saying then it becomes easy for you to lead. When you are going for a business deal and you know that it is yours no matter how much they try to discourage you, you stay on it because you have heard what heaven is saying, but if it is not yours, you won’t even go there in the first place. So you need to interpret actions, you need to interpret situations; some people say every disappointment is a blessing? Is every obstacle a stepping stone or a warning from God to go back? How do you know? You have to be able to discern, once you cannot discern - you cannot know.
