DEALING WITH PROBLEMS IN LEADERSHIP:        Many people and organisations do not understand the concept of leadership. The concepts they have about leadership are ungodly. For example:  1. They think leadership is by election: They think that the election makes you a leader. So many people are elected by dubious means. Some are elected for wrong reasons which completely negate the fact that they are leaders whether in the church or in the community. VISIONARY LIVING A Leader must live a visionary life. Leadership is work (i.e. service). Vision is work related. A visionary life is noted by what you do (i.e. your work). A visionary life enables you attain 5 things: You live an organized life.  Your life is programmed – Psalm 31:5. You are delivered from wasting (Ephesians 5:15). A visionary life enables you plan and work in accordance with time. Timing is important for visionary living (Habakkuk 2:2) Vision is the answer to the issues of life. You become a problem solver. From the above stated, what should dictate one’s life is vision. Five crucial things tied to a visionary life include: Work: We are created to work. What makes one relevant on earth is work. The Visionary life is a life of success.  It has direction, it is not confused. Seed power (Money) is what aids Vision to succeed. Everything goes in the direction of Money.  King Solomon says “Money answereth all things”. In Leadership, we will administer large amount of wealth, knowing how to administer it will determine how: People see (judge) you God blesses your leadership platform Authority is conferred on you (external) but Power is generated (Internal). Revelation 5:10 “He has made us unto God kings…” many Christians want to create the impression and are always diverting the attention of people from prosperity and power believing it is not Godly and hereby making people believe that the key for making heaven is poverty, forgetting the fact that we are made unto God as kings because God himself that created us in his image is full of riches and prosperity in abundance. Christians are supposed to be in the public sector first, we are supposed to be in leadership and in rulership first before we start thinking of praying for people. Praying for people is secondary, people you have not guided; it will be difficult to pray for them. A Sermon Excerpt from  Dr Martins Atanda  Government is established by God for divine purposes. Without the right people in government, the program of God will die. I will show you two scriptures. Romans 13:1 “Everyone must submit himself to the governing authorities…...” How will God say everyone must submit if government is not of God? He said everyone, nobody is left out, whether you are a pastor or not, everyone must submit himself to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has establish. The authorities that exist have been established by God. Government is not a “wayo-wayo” matter, if you are not planning to get into politics, you are deceiving yourself.
